I love scrambled eggs with stuffing, for example, with pre-fried onions and bell peppers or green beans or mushrooms. But not with tomatoes, and most importantly, so that everything is not mixed in a heap. The yolks should remain whole or at least (if they already flow) recognizable, otherwise, this is some kind of garbage and not scrambled eggs ...
This time scrambled eggs with dill, a mixture of dry spices "Italian herbs", of course - salt and black pepper. In my opinion, it turned out beautifully, it was impossible not to take a picture. Ketchup for taste was generally superfluous, but for design it was very useful.
It is unlikely that anyone needs a recipe for scrambled eggs, but if someone needs ...
Break 6 eggs into a bowl first. In a frying pan, heat three tablespoons of vegetable oil and pour the eggs all at once into the pan. Salt, sprinkle with herbs and spices and cover with a lid, leave for three to five minutes on low heat.
In general, a slightly undercooked scrambled egg is tastier. To prepare such scrambled eggs with a spreading yolk, the pan does not need to be covered with a lid. But, once again - "actually", salmonella is sometimes found in chicken eggs and, according to technology, it is supposed to produce a good heat treatment of eggs. If you are not sure about the quality of the eggs and do not want to take risks, cover the pan with a lid and keep the scrambled eggs under the lid for at least three minutes.
Here is such a half-omelet scrambled eggs and looks a bit like pizza. The cat liked it)
