This film was filmed in 2005. I watched it for a long time.

And the background of the plot, the fact that the background to everything - somehow I did not remember. And when the other day I decided to review this film, then for a completely different reason, I did not look for those meanings in it that I discovered and which caused my surprise.

And the plot of the film is as follows.

In an indefinite future, in the conditional Great Britain, a group of bad guys comes to power and establishes harsh orders. Among other rules, for example, there is a curfew - after a certain time it is forbidden to leave the house without special permission - "for your own safety." It looks like something.




Warm, but not yet hot.

And in the course of the play, the circumstances are revealed in which the junta, which seized power, was able to do it.

And she came to power in the wake of the fight against the epidemic. For some time before the main events described in the feature film, an epidemic of a still unknown virus arose in the world.

Some especially perspicacious heroes of the film suspect that the virus did not arise by itself, but was created in a laboratory, but it is difficult to prove anything.

And so, when the people were driven to despair, there were guys who suddenly, like a trump ace out of their sleeve, took out a miraculous vaccine. Someone fabulously enriched themselves on the vaccine, someone was able to establish their own order - a new order.

Let me remind you that the film was shot in 2005.




I don’t remember what I was thinking when watching this film for the first time a long time ago.
But today, you see, this film will be read completely differently than ten years ago. Today, watching this film, you simply cannot get rid of some associations with the latest events, from the feeling that the film, shot fifteen years ago, seemed to predict something or warn about something.

However, you never know what bizarre coincidences happen.
