Crab sticks in batter.
Some, like me, have a habit of eating crab sticks in their pure form, with this everything is clear. But this option - crab sticks in batter can / should like even to those who, in principle, are not fond of eating crab sticks outside of salads. Or even as a snack, for example with beer, in this case it is probably worth adding more spices and salt to the batter.
Batter: 1 egg + a little water (3-4 tablespoons of water for 1 egg), a little spices and a little flour to make a batter, the dough is thin, but it should stick securely to the sticks.
Dip each stick in the dough and fry in hot vegetable oil.
Batter from one egg is enough for 10-15 sticks. Edible, delicious.
P.S. - by the way, it is not necessary to defrost crab sticks for this recipe, we fried directly frozen, until the batter is fried, they will thaw and are ready to eat.
