I like to brew instant coffee with unsalted carbonated mineral water. Usually it is either "Slavyanovskaya" or "Mercury".
Ordinary instant coffee prepared with such water turns out to be much tastier, the taste is more intense. And a thick foam, although it does not last long. Although in aroma it still loses to natural, ground ☕

By the way, if you need to cook just one cup, you can pour coffee in a cup with cold water and bring to a boil in the microwave, the main thing is to make sure that you don’t run away and drink right away - it turns out very hot from the microwave.
