Any food can be turned into Asian cuisine if you start eating (what we have today) with chopsticks. At the end of dinner, you can eat the sticks themselves (so as not to leave evidence), if, of course, they are made from dough.

Actually, it started out as another culinary experiment. Something went wrong and not there, the experiment failed. In the end, in order not to throw away the dough, they simply rolled it into a cake, cut it into thin strips and baked it in the oven. It turned out like a biscuit cookie, but in the form of sticks.

While I was eating chopsticks, my appetite worked up and it came to salad, and thus, unexpectedly (eureka!) It turned out that these are not just chopsticks ... These are chopsticks that can be used to eat other food. A little inconvenient because the sticks are a little shorter than necessary, but very interesting. Next time you need to make the sticks longer.

By the way, the dough recipe: 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of water, a pinch of salt, baking soda and citric acid, and seven and a half tablespoons of flour. We knead a stiff dough, let it rest for 10 minutes, roll it out 5-7 mm thick, cut it 5-7 mm wide, bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. It turns out 15 pieces.
