Feedback to the viewbug.com platform. Can't delete account, can't get rid of spam even with settings in Gmail

A year and a half ago, I came across an ad on Instagram with an invitation to take part in photo contests with the opportunity to win some prizes. It was an ad for viewbug.com. Since it was in the evening and there was nothing to do, in general, I managed to register on this platform.
I went through the list of announced contests, looked at the photos of other participants and uploaded a couple of my photos. It should be noted that I uploaded rather mediocre photos, not among the best I have, just to see what happens next.
Having studied the site more carefully, I noticed some oddities, errors in the interface, which are acceptable for a site that is created by an amateur and unacceptable for a platform that works professionally. It seems that I even sent feedback about the errors found.
In general, I have the impression that the sole purpose and function of this platform is to encourage users to buy premium accounts. I'm not even sure that these photo contests are really held and ordinary participants receive prizes. I'm not saying that it's not possible, I'm just saying that I have doubts.
Very quickly I lost interest in this story and would have gladly forgotten about it ... But no, in the case of viewbug.com, as in the case of the mafia, you can enter, but you cannot exit ...
There is no option to delete your profile in the user profile. If there is a possibility, then it is hidden so far that I could not find it. It is not possible to disable receiving emails from this site.
But the most amazing thing is not this. What surprises me the most is how the Gmail email service responds to emails from Viewbug.
Over the past year and a half, I have flagged emails from viewbug as spam dozens of times, blocked them, and performed other actions in order not to receive new emails.
But the Gmail filters do not respond to my preferences, emails from viewbug both came and continue to come and end up in the main Inbox.
I don't know how this is possible, for some reason the viewbug has an unreasonably high level of trust in the Gmail mail service or some other reason...
I strongly recommend that you think carefully before entering your permanent email address on viewbug.com or signing in with your permanent Google account, because after that you will not be able to get rid of attention from them in any way.
On the screenshot: despite the fact that I have not uploaded photos to viewbug for more than a year, my photos supposedly qualify for participation in some categories, have a high chance of winning, I am informed that I have entered the top of the best authors of 2022 (don't be jealous), I am informed that my photos may be published in magazines and other attempts to interest me. In fact, I deleted most of the letters or sent them to the Spam folder, from where they are deleted automatically, these are only those letters that I did not delete and they were saved.
