Summoned to court as an interested person. Plaintiff Sberbank, defendant FSSP
So I didn't understand what it was.
Unexpectedly, they sent a summons, they invite me to the court for a hearing on an administrative case. The plaintiff is the local branch of Sberbank, the defendant is the local branch of the Bailiffs Service. The bottom line is the plaintiff's appeal against actions (inaction) on the part of bailiffs. What exactly is meant by the action or inaction of bailiffs - I have no idea.
There is a card in Sberbank, it was seized by the FSSP in connection with enforcement proceedings. At the same time, I don't owe anything to Sberbank.
And so, Sberbank decided to appeal against the actions or inaction of the bailiffs and included me in the number of interested parties. In the list of interested parties in the same lawsuit, there are about ten more people from all over our district, I don’t know, apparently they called everyone.
The first summons, which was simply thrown into the box, I did not notice, or noticed too late. I don't subscribe to newspapers, I check the box once a month when I'm waiting for a utility bill.
There was hope that they could manage without me. But no...
Two weeks later, another summons came. Now it has already been delivered properly - by registered mail, against signature. On the agenda in black and white: “so they say, and so, by nine in the morning the day after tomorrow, you are welcome, there is no way without you, and in case of non-attendance we can also fine, we can also arrange a forced drive.”
Well, nowhere to go, it is necessary, so it is necessary. Went to court early in the morning...
To my surprise, fifteen minutes before the start of the announced meeting, there were no other people at the door of the office where I was called, I expected to see some kind of line of interested persons - no one. They looked at me and my agenda with surprise and made it clear that they did not need my services, my participation was not required.
I didn't really want to...
Later I looked at the court's website about this meeting, it says that the claim is considered solely by the judge and that day the proceedings were closed because the plaintiff (Sberbank) withdrew the claim.
I hope at least they don’t write a fine for not showing up, but I’m not sure😆
