Many YouTube users in Russia are unable to access YouTube. Technical failure or blocking?

The original post on this page was about an issue that arose on June 25th. On that day, access to Youtube suddenly disappeared from the MTS mobile network. Blog readers (in the comments below) confirmed the difficulty. As it turned out, on that day Youtube disappeared not only from MTS subscribers, but also from some other providers.
Later, Youtube started working on MTS, but the page with the post remained. And judging by the fact that people still come here every day who cannot understand why Youtube does not work for them, for many the topic is still relevant.
The post entry has been changed, the points that were relevant as of June 25 have been deleted, but the page itself is still saved for the sake of the comment thread below.
If you wish, you can still report problems with access to YouTube there today (please indicate the region and the operator / Internet provider). Having such feedback will help others understand the situation - whether the problem affects other users of the same provider today or Youtube does not work today only for them for some other reason.
