Among my apps, there is one that keeps a countdown in the summer - how many days and hours are left until the end of summer. The rest of the time it shows how many days are left until the next summer. Here: https://en.unila.ru/apps/2057.
I just looked, at this moment there are only 48 days left. Half of the summer is almost over.
And I became interested in when this moment comes, when exactly half of the summer has passed and exactly half of the summer is left.
In the search, in Google quick answers to my question, for some reason the date is shown as June 22 - summer solstice. Artificial intelligence, it is so artificial...
I had to count it myself...
So, summer lasts 92 calendar days. We divide it in half, it turns out, two parts of 46 days.
It turns out that at midnight, on the night of July 16-17, that very moment when the past part of the summer and the remaining one are equal for a second. And immediately the moment comes when the rest of the summer is less than half.
